Law School Reference
The Reference Desk is located across from the Circulation Desk, on the right as you enter the library. Behind the Reference Desk is a small "Ready Reference" Collection including items such as dictionaries, Martindale-Hubbell directories, and Yellow Book phone books. You may help yourself to any books in the Reference Collection for in-library use but please return them to Reference when you are finished. The online catalog will indicate that an item is in the Reference Collection by listing the location as "REF."
The Reference Desk is staffed by professional Law Librarians on a rotating basis. These Reference Librarians can assist Students with any legal research matters and are available to students by appointment for more in-depth legal research instruction.
The Reference Desk is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (except for lunch hour) on Saturday.
